Hey, I’m Holden —

a strategic operator who’s spent the last decade helping companies navigate scale, shift gears, and stay aligned through it all.

My work centers on the messy middle: those moments when a company is growing quickly, merging teams, launching something new, or trying to turn high-level vision into execution that actually works. I come in to help leadership teams get organized, get focused, and move forward with confidence.

I’ve led strategy and operations at HER, the world’s largest sapphic dating app, where I partnered closely with the CEO and executive team on planning, internal alignment, and post-acquisition integration into Match Group. Before that, I was Chief of Staff at TodayTix Group, where I helped stand up a new business vertical and scaled the company’s operating model across markets.

Earlier in my career, I led cross-functional projects at Meta and Twitter focused on org design, team planning, and go-to-market alignment, and worked on strategic partnerships at Virgin Hyperloop.

I’m not a coach or an advisor who pops in once a month with a deck. I’m a hands-on partner—someone who can help you zoom out when needed, drive clarity across your team, and make sure the operational side of the house is keeping up with the ambition.
