Mostly early- to mid-stage startups (Seed to Series D) and growing teams inside larger organizations. Many are at an inflection point: scaling quickly, integrating post-M&A, or evolving how their leadership team operates.
Do you work on one-off projects or ongoing partnerships?
Both. I offer one-time sprints, scoped project engagements, and fractional leadership support. We’ll figure out what’s best based on your timeline, goals, and internal resourcing.
What does fractional support mean, exactly?
It means I act as a part-time strategic partner—typically 1–2 days a week—helping drive work forward and supporting your leadership team without the overhead of a full-time hire.
How do you price engagements?
I price by scope, not hours. Pricing for engagements varies depending on duration, complexity, and deliverables. I’m happy to provide ballpark estimates early in a conversation.
How do you price fractional work?
Pricing for ongoing, fractional support factors in scope and time commitment. Depending on your needs, this may be an time-based fee or fixed rate.
How do we get started?
We’ll start with a quick call to talk through where you’re at and what kind of support you might need. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a proposal with a scope, timeline, and fee.
Can you work with my existing team, or do you operate independently?
Both. I often plug in alongside your current team, acting as connective tissue between leadership and execution. I’m equally comfortable leading from the front or supporting quietly behind the scenes.
