The employee experience begins before application and endures beyond departure. Mapping out the employee experience journey allows me to craft a cohesive set of communications, corporate customs, and physical touch-points spanning recruitment, internal communications, HR protocols, and workplace experience.

Develop + operationalize organizational values
Values are the organizational DNA. They can inform conduct, a common language, and shared beliefs. When operationalized — embedded into the everyday experience at work — values boost productivity and collaboration. Now, more than ever, organizational values are put to the test. It’s about more than lip service. A warm statement and a workshop will never be enough. Program analysis, augmentation + implementation ensure that internal process and policy serve to actively promote your organization’s justice, equity, belonging, and sustainability goals.
