About Me

I worked as a stage manager for my first paying jobs as a teenager. Since then, running “air traffic control” to create harmony out of many moving pieces has been in my muscle memory. Picking up wisdom and reflexes from varied past experiences shaped me into an experienced and values-driven operator, strategist, and facilitator. Now, I use systems thinking and human-centered design to help teams across the globe to work better together (even when they’re apart). 

Here’s a few highlights:

  • Twitter: large-scale/high-visibility project management, process improvement, employee experience research and analysis, information flow redesign

  • Virgin Hyperloop: engagement program design and implementation, DEIB program co-creation, future of work advising, internal communications program development, executive communications

  • Facebook: (now Meta): employee experience research and analysis, onboarding program enhancement design

  • TodayTix (in-house Chief of Staff, Head of Organizational Effectiveness): ground-up development of people team, infrastructure design and implementation, internal communications program development
